Dr. Anthony Casarella is a licensed chiropractic physician and Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate with specialized training in movement-based care. While at Palmer, he was active in the Sports Council and the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), where he sharpened his clinical assessment and manual therapy skills, which deepened his focus on functional movement and performance.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Casarella earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, where he developed an interest in health, fitness, and athletic performance. Before pursuing chiropractic, he worked as a lifeguard for six years, serving as a lead lifeguard and manager for four of those years. This experience strengthened his leadership skills and deepened his commitment to helping others stay safe, active, and healthy.
Dr. Casarella integrates evidence-informed chiropractic care with soft-tissue mobilization, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitative exercise with a comprehensive approach to deliver individualized treatment plans. His goal is to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy as quickly and safely as possible. He is committed to educating patients and empowering them with the tools and strategies needed for long-term health and resilience.
